Here is my entry for this weeks sketch challenge at stamping 411. I made a very clean and simple card. I also paired pretty in pink and black together, two of my favorite color combos. You can find stamping 411 here. Thanks for stopping by!!
Just saw your comment on Diane's blog, and you're so right about card-making as an avenue of ministry. I lead a class each week on card-making for young mothers at our church preschool, and it has been a blessing not only for them, but (surprisingly) for me as well. Now that letter-writing has become a lost art, sending a hand-made card with a thoughtful message means a lot to shut-ins, widows and busy young mothers! (Check out my blog for some ideas when you get a chance.)
i was never much for the color pink but God had a different idea in the second half of 09. pink and black together are very elegant, simple but elegant, love the center bling. i started making cards for troops to send back to their families this year. i love receiving cards witha personal handwritten note tucked in.
Simple and stunning! I really love this!
