Here are some more scrap pages I made at the retreat. I actually finished these two after I got home by adding the embellishments. I used two sheets of the designer paper, Celebrations, for these two pages. I cut each sheet into two pieces at 8 inches and flipped the 4 inch piece over to show the opposite side. I didn't have any ribbon, so I used a strip of red cardstock to cover the seam between the two pieces of dsp.
These pictures were taken at my great-nieces birthday party and the dsp, Celebrations, is perfect party paper.

I made the flowers below by using the 1 3/4 inch scallop punch and the 2 3/8 inch scallop punch and layering them.
Great pages. Love the colors. You inspire me to scrapbook. I am going to try to add a scrapbook page each week to my blog posts. That will get me moving. Thanks for the motivation!
ReplyDeleteReally like the colors you used in this LO. It feels like a party!
ReplyDeleteThat is really good paper to use for a paper, it' looks so fun! TFS. I could always use ideas for scrapbooking. I have a hard time just sitting and getting it done. yolanda-tryingtobecreative.blogspot.com
