Our blog hog theme is "missing you." I don't have a stamp that says that exactly but I think "thinking of you" means the same thing so that is what I used.
I also decided to make a masculine themed card because you don't seem to see them quite as often and because I seem to be stuck on that theme lately.
I used the colors always artichoke, not quite navy and black. I use the stamp sets, Teeny Tiny Wishes and Lovely as a Tree. Lovely as a Tree is my favorite go-to stamp set for masculine cards.
I didn't include a picture of the inside, but I lined it with a piece of very vanilla cardstock that I stamped with another stamp from the Lovely as a Tree stamp set.
Thinking of you is a perfect sentiment for a missing you card. LOVE your color scheme, definitely masculine without being too dark.

ReplyDeleteVery nice card for anyone... you're right - it's easy to make pink-and-pretty hearts-and-flowers cards, but not everyone likes them! OWH needs masculine cards too. :)
