This card was quick and easy to make and can be made almost entirely from scraps. I call it a vintage Valentine because the designer paper that I used (Love Letter117162) is of the vintage style. To add to that I used the tea stain distress ink on the edges of the card itself and the scallop circle.
To cut a slit for the ribbon to slide through, I used the cutting tool from the cutter kit ( 106958) on page 199 of the main catalog. It was easy peasy.
The heart was easily punched from the new glimmer paper that is in the Occasions Mini catalog that goes live January 4th.

Really pretty card. Love the blingy heart with the black & white papers.

ReplyDeleteLove this card, Patty!! I took the glimmer paper off of my preorder and am so mad that I did. I'm trying to wait until SAB to order more, but don't know if I can wait another month to play with this gorgeous paper.
