Framed Art

Can I just say that I loooooove my framed art which is shown below.  It was so much fun to make!!  The inspiration for this piece came from a fellow demonstrator, Sheila Thibault.  I found her project on Stampin' Connection and instantly knew I had to make my own version.

In the close-ups below you can see all of the texture I put into a lot of the squares.   As you can see, I used several different embossing folders and several different punches.

And while I also used several different colors, the main colors I used are cajun craze, night of navy, and old olive with so saffron, chocolate chip, bashful blue, and real red thrown in for good measure.
The stamp sets that I used are Sweets for the Sweet, Elements of Style, Up Up and Away, Artistic Etchings, Refuge and Strength, and Sincere Salutations (retired.)

Thanks for stopping by and please leave me a comment,
