To create this Christmas card I used the stamp set, Come to Bethlehem. I cased this particular lay-out from someone but can't for the live of me find it again. I thought I had saved it to my favorites on stampin' connection but it is not there. If this is your card please let me know, and I will give you credit. I think the only thing I changed was the purple color. It is navy, maybe, on the card I cased.
Anyway, like the advise I was given the key to this stamp set is to make sure your stamp pad is really juicy. I inked up my elegant eggplant really well, and we had no problem getting a good impression when we made this card at my stamp-a-stack.

Love that the color is purple...for royalty...He is King! :) Thanks so much for sharing the tip about a juicy inkpad, too - I need to remember that...I've been looking forward to working with this stamp set! :) tfs
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful. So clean and elegant! So pretty! Thank you for sharing! I am one of your followers from Stampin' Connection. (I'm the one that started the Follow Me thread) I have a small favor to ask, please. I had to switch over my website (it used to be BellevueStampingClub) and lost all of my followers from SC. Would you be so kind as to go to my new site listed below and RE-follow me, please? You may have to copy and paste the link. Thanks so much! I really appreciate it!
